Questions about a starter box, a build-your-own swap or where your order stands usually get an answer the same working day. Weekend messages land Monday morning, once the pouches are sealed and the batch cards are written.
Our packing kitchen runs out of Salt River, and the pantry address below is where boxes are assembled, labelled and handed to couriers. If you are collecting a build-your-own box in person, message ahead so the run is packed and waiting rather than sitting on a shelf.
Replies usually land within one working day. Dietary notes for build-your-own boxes are best sent in writing so the kitchen can check swaps against the current batch list.
Most questions land in the same place: whether a box can be built around a dietary need, how a subscription rotation works, or when a seasonal run is back. Write or call during kitchen hours and you will usually hear back the same day. If your note is about a specific batch, mention the date printed on the pouch so we can pull the right record.

Collections are arranged ahead of time. The kitchen runs on set packing days, so a quick message before you travel out saves a wasted trip.
Best for build-your-own questions, dietary notes and anything about an order already in progress. If we are mid-run, leave a short message and we will call back.
The better channel for ingredient lists, allergen details and stockist enquiries. Attach a photo of the batch card if your question is about a specific pouch.
Monday to Thursday, 09:00 to 16:00. Friday is a packing and dispatch day, so calls may go unanswered until the afternoon.
Weekend messages are read on Monday morning. Seasonal runs around long weekends can add a day to that.
Emails are answered within one working day. Phone calls during kitchen hours are usually picked up directly.
For anything about a subscription rotation, include the month you want changed so we can check the schedule before replying.
A housewarming, a long weekend away, a thank-you for the office, or a quiet shelf you restock yourself. The more we know about who is eating and when, the better the kitchen can build the run.
Dietary notes matter most. Say plainly whether the box needs to be vegan, nut-free or low-sugar, and we will tell you which items swap cleanly and which ones change the balance of the whole box.
