These terms cover how WeedTreats boxes are ordered, packed and delivered, what we are responsible for, and what we ask of you in return. They apply to every order placed through this site, whether it is a starter box, a build-your-own selection or a monthly rotation.
We pack hemp-seed and botanical snack boxes from a kitchen in Salt River, working with a small group of Western Cape growers. Each pouch carries a batch date and a plain-language ingredient card. Runs are seasonal, so an item listed today may be replaced by something similar when a grower's supply runs out. Substitutions are noted on the packing slip.
An order is only accepted once we confirm it by email. If a box cannot be filled because an ingredient is out of season, we will offer a swap or hold the order until the next run. Dietary notes left at checkout are passed to the kitchen, but we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment: the same surfaces handle seeds, nuts and cacao.
Check the ingredient card before eating or gifting a box, especially where allergies or dietary restrictions apply. Store opened pouches as directed on the card and use them within the window printed there. You agree not to resell boxes as your own product or reuse our batch cards and labels on other goods.
We are responsible for packing and dispatching your order correctly. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, incorrect delivery details supplied at checkout, or for how a box is stored once it reaches you. Where a fault is ours, we will replace the affected items or refund that portion of the order.
The monthly rotation adds two new items each cycle. You can pause, skip a month or cancel before the next billing date, and the change takes effect from that cycle onward. Cancellations do not apply retroactively to a box already packed or in transit.
We may update these terms as the kitchen, suppliers or delivery arrangements change. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place an order. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
